Before you write
- For account problems, send the email address you use to sign in. Never send your authenticator codes, recovery codes or ChatGPT password — we will never ask for them.
- For recording or export problems, include your operating system, browser and version, the call app you used, and what you expected to happen.
- Do not attach recordings of other people. If we need a sample, we will ask for a short clip of just you.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Response times are targets, not guarantees.
